Autism Friendly First Aid Courses
In partnership with Accidental Health & Safety Illawarra, we are offering First Aid Certified Courses that have been specifically developed for our Neurodivergent youth.
Training and assessment delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO #90909.
These courses will be delivered at our Unanderra Office by qualified presenters from Accidental Health & Safety Illawarra, supported by neurodivergent mentors.
The course is a comprehensive course, including the following topics:
Medical, trauma & environmental; anaphylaxis, asthma, choking, bleeding and wound management, nosebleed, fractures & dislocations, and envenomation (snake and spider bite)
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation); adult and infant
Assessment is autism appropriate.
